FAQ · The Process

What Happens When I Call?

People put this call off for months because they picture a hard sell, a credit pull they didn't agree to, or being pushed into a decision on the spot. None of that happens here. Here is exactly what does — start to finish.

No credit pull. No obligation. I'll get back to you personally — usually the same day.

THE SHORT ANSWER

A 15-minute conversation. No credit pull. No paperwork.

You decide what happens after. You call one person, you keep working with one person, and that person actually answers. No hand-off to a different rep at every stage. No callback three days later. No "we'll see."

Steps

Start to finish

We talk — about 15 minutes.

What you're trying to do, your timeline, and whatever's been worrying you. I'm listening, not qualifying. Nothing is pulled, nothing is submitted, nothing is entered anywhere without your explicit go-ahead.

You get a short, specific list.

If it makes sense to move, I'll tell you exactly what to send — usually recent pay stubs or bank statements, tax returns, and a couple of standard forms. No vague "gather your documents." A list.

I put your file in front of 240+ lenders.

This is the step a single bank can't do. I'm not looking for whoever says yes first — I'm looking for the lender whose guidelines and pricing fit your file best.

Pre-approval.

You'll know where you stand before you fall in love with a house, or before you've spent weeks wondering whether a refinance makes sense.

You decide.

A pre-approval is information, not a commitment. What you do with it is entirely yours.

How It Works

Why one bank's answer isn't the whole story

A single bank can only offer what's on its shelf, and it's quick to say no to a first-timer who doesn't fit its narrowest box. I put your file in front of 240+ lenders competing for it — so a "no" from one is the start of the search, not the end of it.

FAQ

Questions people don't want to ask out loud

Do I need to know what I want before I call?

No. "I don't know where to start" is the most common opening line I hear, and it's a perfectly good one.

Will you pull my credit on the first call?

No. Not until you've said yes and know why.

Will I get a sales pitch?

You'll get the truth about your situation — including if the truth is "wait." I don't get paid to push you into the wrong loan.

What if I just want to ask one question and go?

Then ask it and go. Plenty of people call twice a year for a year before they're ready. That's fine.

What happens next

Here's exactly what happens next — nothing more

01

You reach out.

Form, call, or text — whichever's easiest.

02

I get back to you personally.

Not an assistant, not a queue. Same day.

03

We talk for 15 minutes.

No credit pull, no pressure, no judgment.
